At Gerry Christopher Skin Care, our clients are our priority. We have designed our policies to give all of our clients the best experience.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

At Gerry Christopher Skin Care, we are committed that our clients receive the total experience. To achieve this, we encourage guests to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for a relaxing check-in and an adequate consultation time with your Skin Care Specialist. We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control. Should you arrive late, every effort will be made to accommodate your service; however, treatment time may be reduced.

AGE REQUIREMENT

All guests must be 10 years of age or older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have a signed Parental Consent Form.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Clients with medical conditions must receive approval from their health care providers before having services performed. Please inform your Skin Care Specialist of any concerns or limitations. All clients are required to fill out and sign a Confidential Health History, Consultation, and Consent Form before receiving any services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved, especially for you. Out of respect for other guests, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given and you do not show up for your appointment, it will be considered a no show. You will be responsible for 100% of the missed appointment cost. **If you are booking with a Coupon, Gift Certificate, Voucher, or special offer and do not give proper notice or are a no show, your Coupon/Gift Certificate/Voucher/special offer will be invalidated and rendered unusable.

CELL PHONES

To ensure a tranquil experience for all our guests, all cell phones must be turned to “silent” upon entering.

RETURN POLICY

Gerry Christopher Skin Care tries to accommodate all our clients. If a client is having a skin reaction and feels it is from our product, the client must contact us immediately. The client has 7 days from the date of purchase to return the product and receive a store credit. Sorry, no exceptions.
